If you need to cancel a ticket purchase please contact your transport provider directly. In most cases this is your bus or coach operator, but in some cases it may be your school or college. Your transport provider is the organisation that you buy tickets from, via the ShuttleID platform.
IMPORTANT: Please do not contact the ShuttleID team directly regarding ticket cancellations or refunds. This will cause further delay in your request being successfully handled. As all payments are direct with your transport provider, only your transport provider can handle this request.
If your request is approved by your transport provider and meets the guidelines set in their terms and conditions, your transport provider will be able to void your ticket and either provide a refund or a voucher code to use on future purchases.
