How to change the passenger name on your ticket
If you've made a mistake whilst completing the information on your ticket do not worry. Just email email@example.com
with the following information:
- Current name (incorrect)
- New name (correct)
- Transport operator (name of your bus/coach company)
Please note the request must be sent from the same email address used to purchase your ticket.
