How to print your ticket

How to print your ticket

After purchasing your ticket, you can access it from the Passenger Portal at any time. On the "My tickets" area, hit the "Details" button on your ticket.

On the ticket details view, there is a "Print ticket" button. Hitting this button with open the actual ticket and open the print dialog window automatically. If the print dialog window fails to open, or you have closed it by accident, you can also go to "File > Print" in your web browser whilst your ticket is still on screen.

Printing your ticket will automatically change the size and format into a credit card shape which can be cut out and easily stowed away into a wallet, purse, lanyard or tucked into your phone case. We always recommend to have a print out of your ticket, even if you intend to use your mobile ticket. In the event your phone runs out of battery, gets damaged or lost, you will still be able to use your printed ticket.
