How to update your contact phone number

How to update your contact phone number

Having an up to date contact number on your ShuttleID account is important. Transport operators will be able to use this to contact you in the event of an issue with your ticket, payment, operation of the service or emergency.

If you supply a UK mobile phone number your transport operator will be able to send you service alerts by SMS text message to notify you of any disruption to their services.

To update your contact number, head over to the "Account" page (select "Account" from the main navigation) on the ShuttleID Passenger Portal. Here you will be able to review and update the contact number currently configured.
