How to top up your flexi ticket
In the "My Tickets
" area of the Passenger Portal, your Flexi ticket has a button labelled "Top up".
Hit this button and you will be asked how many trips you wish to top up by.
You will also be emailed your top up link for convenience when your trip balance gets low or when it's out of credit.
